Ben Davies appears to have escaped from Saturday’s Glasgow Derby with just his part in Celtic’s second goal under the spotlight.
The former ‘Liverpool’ star headed the ball straight at Jota, when the rebound dropped to Kyogo Furuhashi the ball was quickly tucked under Allan McGregor to restore Celtic’s lead.
Ten minutes earlier Davies was involved in another incident with Kyogo, on another day playing for a different team he could have found himself in bother for.

A long ball out of defence from Cameron Carter-Vickers was enough to set off an alarm for the Ibrox defender.
Taking no chances he just happened to raise his left arm as he closed in on Kyogo, ensuring that there was no chance that the striker could race onto the long ball.
The incident was replayed two minutes later without any real focus or advanced slow motion. VAR wasn’t requested to take a closer look.
Hard to say he meant that, Kyogo tortured him though lol. Thank god we never signed this guy, you can see why he never got a game at liverpool
They’d have been better signing Ben Dover than Ben Davies…. although both are massive wallopers….
He fckn knew what he was doing. Why cut across in the other direction the ball was going. Then fckn snyde Jack tries to make it look like a dive.
