Egged on by their club issuing statements and briefing favoured media outlets there are no signs of Ibrox fans coming to terms with Saturday’s defeat.

Two dodgy central defenders that provide assists to opponents, an ageing goalkeeper and a forward trio that are demob happy have largely escaped scrutiny for their roles in Saturday’s defeat to an off form Celtic.

Ally McCoist and Kris Boyd kicked off the campaign during Sky’s coverage of Saturday’s match, James Tavernier and Micky Beale picked up the baton after the match although their handball claims against Jota have been quietly dropped.

By the tone of social media you could easily get the impression that the Tribute Act suffered a Josh Meekings type outrage. Imagine if Alastair Johnston had punched a goal bound header from Alfredo Morelos away from goal with Kevin Clancy and Nick Walsh both failing to notice.

Saturday’s incident was minimal and marginal, a 50-50 call. Morelos got away with it during the Viaplay Cup Final when he pushed Aaron Mooy before scoring, on Saturday he was penalised. Probably 80% of the time he gets away with it in Scotland, in European matches he is probably penalised.

With Kenny Miller and Neil McCann on the case of Clancy it seems that there is more mileage in the story until Police Scotland make some arrests.

Clancy had previously refereed three Glasgow Derbies, Celtic lost every one of them.

Should non-Scottish referees be appointed for future Glasgow Derbies?

This is now CLASSIC Sam Dingle and Trigger territory to see how far the klan fans and the klan klub can take this to.

I’m quite surprised they haven’t got Donald Findlay on to this demanding answers.

The next move could well be to the European body of football itself demand the game be awarded to them by default of the ref not knowing the rules, well their rules anyway.

To be fair to Mr Muttonchop (and believe me, it pains me to say anything in his defence), he has publicly disavowed Sevco as a new club and is now chairman of Cowdenbeath FC. The Midas touch he is renowned for in legal circles (anyone able name a high profile defendant he has ever successfully defended?) remains as potent as ever though – during his tenure they have sunk from the Championship all the way out of the SPFL and in to the Lowland League…. I only wish he had stayed at Ibrox!

  • BriBhoy says:

I hope they do get a replay. Not only would we pump them again, but it sets a precedent, whereby every team Trotters Independent Traders FC (“No income tax, no pen-al-ties, because our fans are ref-er-ees”) have robbed of points get replays for all the non-penalties, non-red cards and other “honest mistakes” that they have suffered from. They’d be the first team ever to play at least 76 games in a 38 game league season if that happened p. Be careful what you wish for, you cheating Hun scum.

When will these thick hun cunts take a day off with the utter bollocks?
This title race has been out of there shitty hands since we drew at there kip in January.
Saturday only confirmed ourselves winning the title a bit to quickly for there liking.
What next are the scum going to start whining about?
Maybe they will want an allocation for our flag day at the start of next season

How desperate are sevco and their knuckle-dragging support ! This is coming from the hierarchy at mordor , being fed down to the dregs of their support, Clancey should hit them with a lawsuit because death threats to him and his family are a direct effect of the after match comments by fanny McPhee and Tavpen.
Can’t accept they were beaten fair and square, absolutely no class
