Alfredo Morelos will be in Micky Beale’s squad to face Celtic at Ibrox on Saturday.
The striker was the subject of some very cutting criticism from his boss after appearing as a 65th minute substitute against Aberdeen.
Beale highlighted how the energy levels had dropped with Morelos on the park and confirmed that the Colombian would be moving on during the summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports Beale was asked if Morelos had pulled on the shirt for the last time but the Ibrox boss was quick to deny that notion:
No, he will definitely be involved in the squad. There is no issue in terms of me and Alfredo, we’ve been on the same page for quite a long time, we’ve had a long relationship spanning probably four, four and a half years.
There are no issues whatsoever, when he plays well he gets praise and when he can do better it is important that I’m honest in my feedback to him and to all the players in the group.
Nothing more than that is what happened last week, he came on in the game and wasn’t his usual self. He’s frustrated with that as well as everybody else.
? Michael Beale wants Rangers to put on a performance they can be “proud of” against Celtic.
Robby McCrorie will start in goal & Alfredo Morelos will feature.

Robbie McCrorie will play his second game of the season in goals tomorrow but Ben Davies will miss out through injury.
With just one SPFL defeat on their record this season Celtic go across the city looking to extend their 13 point lead at the top of the SPFL Premiership.
The sides last met on April 30 at Hampden in the Scottish Cup but Ange Postecoglou will go into tomorrow’s match without key defenders Alastair Johnston and Cameron Carter-Vickers.
Reminds me of my favourite Eagles song – Desperado.
