The extent of Tottenham’s interest in Postecoglou is unknown but it would be an oversight if the Celtic boss hadn’t been discussed by those closest to Daniel Levy.
There hasn’t been the slightest hint of discontent from Postecoglou, he seems amused at the regularity of media speculation but a solid offer from Spurs is one that would give him pause for thought.
Whether trying to succeed where Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte and Mauricio Pochettino have failed proves to be a red flag or a challenge remains to be seen but hopefully it isn’t a question that the popular Celtic boss ever has to answer.
