Micky Beale has denied that everything is broken at Ibrox.

The former QPR boss took over in November, lost three critical matches to Celtic but salvaged the Kenny Miller Calculator Cup by taking 13 points out of 15 from the dead rubbers.

On Wednesday night five legends waved good-bye to Ibrox with Kieran Dowell coming in to add to Todd Cantwell and Nico Raskin, the first parts of Beale’s Transfer Window.

After a feeble performance losing to Celtic in the Scottish Cup semi-final Beale’s side were booed off the park by their own fans but a 3-0 win at St Mirren has provided the new Ibrox boss with false hope.

Showing how smart and intelligent he is, laced with sarcasm, Beale told The Sun:

Everything’s broken at Rangers so I’m looking forward to mending it. That’s the perception, but I’m not sure if that’s true. Our record was a strong one, and we’ll be adding to a very good team.

We’ve got over 90 points, which we haven’t done too often in the last 15 or 20 years.

Probably the last five or six weeks are the busiest I’ve been. I’m not shocked by anything in the job.

I was used to it here before, but there’s added responsibility now and it’s managing other areas like doing recruitment.

We’re waiting for one or two things to be signed off, then hopefully we see a new team come together.

Beale was previously Gary McAllister’s assistant at Ibrox, supervising the laying out of cones and distribution of bibs.

Pre-season training starts on June 30 with just a few free agents expected to be added to Beale’s squad. Over 45,000 Season Tickets have been sold.

He’ll be a busy boy after the latest raft of rats deserting the sinking ship. Hope he’s asked for a pay rise.

I’ve just been told that the”the rangers” revolution has started with 5 players leaving and 1coming in. Well 2 of the 5 (Morelos and Kent) were leaving anyway 1 (McGregor) is retiring 1 (Hellander) has not kicked a ball all season and 1(Arfield) is 35 and might want a last big “signing on fee”. Wow…. is that the start of a “revolution” only they could say that it is
