Micky Beale has wasted no time in getting back to London after completing a season of failure at Ibrox.

Unable to make any inroads on the nine point gap that he inherited in November the rookie boss suffered two Hampden defeats to Celtic that leaves the hoops on the brink of another treble- the third since Beale discovered Glasgow on a map in 2018.

With his chatty manner Beale has managed to promise bears the earth next season while failing to agree deals with five legends with Kieran Dowell brought in as a replacement.

Typically the former QPR boss is super excited for the close season, pre-season, transfer window and just about everyfing before he has to face upto real football trapped by UEFA’s Financial Sustainability Regulations.

Dujon Sterling is expected to sign this week with other Championship free agents in the pipeline to deflect attention away from Celtic’s appearance in the final of the Scottish Cup.
