Micky Beale is puzzled by the media rubbish that his side got away with one against Motherwell last Sunday.

Maybe he should take a look at his club’s You Tube channel which has two separate interviews following the 1-0 win over Stuart Kettlewell’s side.

In-house and in the general media conference Beale criticised virtually every aspect of is side’s performance, admitting that they had got away with one.

His contradictions are a symptom of someone under pressure, knowing that they are in too deep and handling problems and issues that he can’t cope with.

Four wins without losing a goal hasn’t changed the mood among Ibrox fans, many would be happier with the defeat or draw that will force their board into ditching the sound bite boss they paid QPR compensation for just 10 months ago.

After the 1-0 win over Motherwell STV reported Beale saying:

But in terms of performance that’s well below what the players expect, I expect, the fans expect. We got away with one.

I don’t want to take anything away from Motherwell, they played well and I’m sure Stuart (Kettlewell) will take a lot from the game, but that’s well below what I am looking for from my team. We had honest words.

After the stunning win over Livingston the Daily Record reported Beale saying:

I just think we have to win football games. It’s four games now, it’s another clean sheet. I don’t know where the media rubbish came that Motherwell were the better team at the weekend. Look at the stats. But I was right to say we were poor in possession. Tonight we were better and we deserved to win the game.
