Marco Tilio made his Celtic debut yesterday in a Testimonial for Ayr United’s Michael Moffat as a youthful Celtic side drew 1-1 with the Championship side.
Celtic signed the winger from Melbourne City in June but he had to sit out the pre-season preparations as he recovered from injury.
Fellow Aussie Liam Bonetig was also in the Celtic XI which included Yuki Kobayashi, Mikey Johnston and Kwon Hyeok-kyu.

With the Lowland League restricted to players under the age of 20 Celtic need to find some matches to give players like Kwon and Tilio playing time.
There is only so much benefit from playing friendlies against lower division sides which points towards players going out on loan during the January Transfer Window.
Substitute Corey Thomson scored Celtic’s goal.
CELTIC: Morrison; Dede, Kobayashi, Bonetig, Frame; Kwon, Kelly, Carse; Tilio, Vata, M Johnston
SUBS: McLean, Agbaire, Robertson, Cummings, Mackenzie, Bonnar, Quinn, Dobbie, Davidson
Lol I see wee Coco the klown at ibrox noise is screaming for Billy Davies to take over from Ian Beale.
That’s how bad things are at that klub looking to bring in a FAILED manager that hasn’t had a managers job in the last 10 years.
Apparently it needs to a REAL sevco man that takes over, someone that knows and has played for the klub.
That’s the same script from the same movie and we all know how that movies finishes.BOOM!
Tillio on this showing is a very long way away from a 1st team spot. Very poor debut . Mike Johnston horrendous display. Get rid of him in January. Never up to required standard.
