Irfan Peljto will referee Tuesday’s match between Feyenoord and Celtic, his third Champions League group stage fixture.

The Bosnian official has been handling international fixtures over the last six years, taking charge of Champions League matches between Brugge against Bayer Leverkusen and Copenhagen at home to Sevilla. Last week he was in charge of the Ireland v Holland European Championship qualifier.

Ivan Bebek will be in the VAR room with the latest equipment able to provide almost instant VAR displays to keep TV viewers fully informed.

A year ago Celtic opened up with a 3-0 home defeat to Real Madrid with a defence that included Josip Juranavic, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Moritz Jenz.

Alistair Johnston is in line for his Champions League debut against Feyenoord with the biggest selection issue in central defence.

Nat Phillips looked in need of game time during his 45 minutes against Dundee on Saturday which suggests that Brendan Rodgers will return to the successful Ibrox pairing of Liam Scales and Gus Lagerbielke.

It’ll be the unusual for Celtic in Europe – Being properly refereed by the laws of the game in all likelihood…

But Sevco… Offffttt- Hell they won’t know what’s the hell has hit them with proper and truthful officiating in The Europa League !

So Neil McCann the tax dodger is having a go at Barry Robson for playing the long ball game big punt up the park, lol. That’s the exact same game Beale is playing for McCann’s favourite team sevco but I don’t see McCann the tax PONCE calling him out.
Imagine McCann calling out any manager about tactics in playing when every managerial post he has had has ended with him picking up his P45 due his style and tactical play.
Oh and don’t forget about the RULE BOOK he previously carried around with him in his back pocket, pointing the RULES out of the game when Celtic fans or the club called some decisions out, only for McCann to quote from the RULE book it’s there in black and white there’s the decisions there, but then for the same McCann to call the RULE book out as stupid when these same rules apply to his favourite klub, then he doesn’t like the RULES.
The guy is king size horse’s banger.
