UEFA provide Ibrox with answers to their Roofe ‘goal’ demands

UEFA last night saved the SFA the awkward job of explaining the Laws of the Game to one of their newest members.

In among the howls of abuse aimed at Micky Beale and his players many Ibrox fans have struggled to come to terms with the Laws of the Game being applied to their club.

A run of 58 SPFL matches without having a penalty awarded against your club tends to create the impression that you can pick and choose how the Laws are applied.

Against Celtic, celebrations of a ‘goal’ from Kemar Roofe were cut short when a VAR review showed that Cyriel Dessers had fouled Gustaf Lagerbielke to set up the ‘goal’ with Don Robertson disallowing the effort after being prompted to review the incident by Alan Muir.

During the first half of last night’s match in Paris a foul was awarded against Adrien Rabiot for a very similar clash with Josh Cullen.

It is annoying and frustrating but clearly a foul, the French Federation are unlikely to be demanding an explanation from UEFA.

Will Micky Beale still be manager at Ibrox on Christmas Day?

Yes, he is the Brains Behind Gerrard, don't underestimate him

He hasn't a hope, badly out of his depth. Next please

Absolutely spot on both tackles in those ganes are IDENTICAL,but as someone posted why wasn’t the Scottish ref right on the incident the way the ref was in that game last night, maybe someone could ask Robertson that.
Oh and get Gallagher back into the Sky studio and show him that tackle from last nights game and ask him if it’s a foul.

Have a read online at wee BENNY FERGUSON’S article in the daily sevco today, lol FULL OF CONTRADICTIONS.
Poor wee BENNY even his ghost writer gets it all wrong.
Oh and every article supposedly penned by him opens up with the treble winning player, that’s almost as bad as Tony Watt still dining out on that Barcelona goal.

No ta Scud… As they’d get £0.0000000000001p or whatever it is and my hatred of means even that amount would make me sick !

The blogs will have his and their idiocy up for a free read soon !

  • Tony B says:

Don’t know what these ” myths ” are. They are out and out lies, as usual put about by the sevs and their running dogs in the media.

  • TicToc says:

They should print the truth and call it a quadruple:
    1) Employee
    2) Benefits
    3) Trusts
    4) Illegal

    • Clachnacuddin and the Hoops says:

Aye a treble quadruple, quadrupled treble as they were at it for about 12 years Tic Toc…

They are certainly Champions of the Country at Cheatin for sure…

Actually Cheatin Champions of the country is far too nice of me – Cheatin Champions of Europe, nah actually The world, na actually The planet, The Universe is far more apt in their case !

  • Bob (original) says:

I suppose we should all be grateful, really,

that Roofe didn’t retaliate to his disallowed ‘goal’,

by stamping a studs-up boot straight into Hart’s face?

Roofe and sevco were made for each other! 🙁

  • John S says:

As far as I’m aware, no goal was awarded, therefore it couldn’t have been disallowed.

  • MartinKennea says:

    I agree.

  • Mickybhoy71 says:

Meanwhile.. No analysis over the kyogo push inside their box.. Strange that
