With a camera angle yards in front of the two players there is going to be some doubt, what isn’t in question is that the still image used was taken a split second after Paulo Bernardo had played the ball.
The offside decision is taken at the moment of contact, not when the player receives the ball as the SFA once claimed last season.
In England there is regular dialogue and comment from the FA and EPL over VAR decisions, in Scotland there is very rarely any explanation given over contentious decisions.
a more violent elbow on scales at the celtic end was not deemed a foul , it’s becoming a bigger joke now , that with referees afraid to award a penalty against sevco has to come to an end and neutral’s must be brought in just to bring an end to this dishonest fiasco , how can celtic allow this cheating and the humiliation of their support to become the norm and acceptable ? have courage and call out these cheats now as the carry on getting more brazen by the day
