Tony Ralston for Alistair Johnston is the only change in the Celtic side that faces Motherwell today from the one that thrashed Aberdeen 13 days ago.

Johnston was in action for Canada during the break, returning to Lennoxtown yesterday with Ralston played 10 minutes for Scotland away to Georgia before returning to Lennoxtown on Tuesday.

Odin Thiago Holm retains his place in midfield despite David Turnbull’s scoring after coming off the bench against the Dons, with Oh Hyeon-gyu in the same situation.

Mikey Johnston earns a place on the bench alongside Marco Tilio who played twice during the break for the Australian Olympic side.

A win today will put Celtic 11 points clear at the top of the Premiership, with Kyogo Furuhashi fit and well it could be a difficult day for a Motherwell team badly out of form.

Steven McLean will referee this afternoon’s match with David Dickinson on VAR duty.

CELTIC: Hart; Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Scales, Taylor; McGregor, O’Riley, Holm; Palma, Kyogo, Yang

SUBS: Bain, A Johnston, Phillips, Turnbull, Oh, Tilio, Bernabei, Bernardo, M Johnston

Tilio came on at 94 minutes and got 6 mins. Fair crack of the the whip Brendan.
Marco can also play as an attacking midfielder. Not pleased with Brendan’s public comments about Marco. Hope he leaves Celtic outright. Too good for Brendan’s
    outfit.
