On Wednesday it was a big joke for Michael Nicholson and Peter Lawwell as they cracked the gags at the Celtic AGM.

Penalty to Rangers replied the CEO when asked about a decision in a recent home match, not to be outdone his tubby colleague piped up with the last time a penalty was awarded against Rangers was for handball by John Greig. He retired in 1978.

Most of the elderly shareholders lapped up the slapstick but not all.

At the start of this month Andrew Dallas was on VAR duty at Ross County where three jersey pulls on Celtic players inside the penalty box went unpunished.

Yesterday at Aberdeen Dallas was far sharper, only one shirt pull was required on Connor Goldson for Nick Walsh to be directed to the monitor to award a penalty, James Tavernier scored to cut Celtic’s lead at the top of the Premiership table down to eight points.

Nicholson and Lawwell are firm supporters of the toxic O** F*** brand, last year the Celtic CEO signed up to play his business partners in Sydney although the match was later cancelled.

Thinking that Celtic will always be able to edge it with the SFA supporting a full on Levelling Up exercise is a dangerous strategy, it might keep interest going in their O** F*** derby but one honest mistake too many could cost Celtic a season in the Champions League.

With £72m in the bank on June 30 it seems Lawwell is already preparing for that rainy day.

Just another weekend at the office of SHAME for Scotland’s officials…

I’m just so bloody glad that I don’t pay ‘not one thin dime’ towards the farce –

They’re not even hiding it any longer now !

    Here’s a question:

at what point do our own, mute Board members

    become the cheats themselves?

    🙁

      Bob,
I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that’s a rhetorical question.
You’ve been posting good stuff on here long enough to know our board are up to their fuckin ears in the corruption.

      They (our mute ‘custodians’ )…

      Indeed became The Cheats –

To quote the opening lyrics of a Don McLean song…

‘A long, long time ago’ !

Nick Walsh seen Goldson throw himself to the ground and took “NO ACTION” for simulation with no penalty given..then after letting Goldson off with simulation he was asked to look at the monitor for a potential sorry inevitable penalty to “the rangers”.

When Walsh did take action against Goldson Kenny miller and Michael Stewart both said that the referee got it right with ayellow card and Dallas who we were told looked at it and agreed …I stand corrected if the rules have been changed now we have VAR …I thought if you raised your hands to an opponent it’s a straight “red” also if you strike or attempt to strike an opponent it’s a straight “red” if those rules have changed I’m sorry

The thing is those decisions sevco are getting away with in the SPFL do them no favours when they do play in European football,as the shit they get away with in the league is not allowed in European games, but then the same players getting away with murder in the league then question a European refs or officials decisions in the European game when shoving players or pulling at jerseys or diving to win penalties and nothing is given for this.

    Var video advantage rangers

The issue your also missing here is the state of play in both games. At Dingwall, when we had two goals chalked off, the score was still nill nill. At Pittodrie yesterday The Rangers were behind.

I think penalty claims for shirt pulling have to be taken in context. For example I don’t think Goldson was ever getting to the ball. I also think, having watched the replay, that Mikey Johnstone wasn’t getting to our second penalty on Saturday.

The thing is, I thought the rules had changed regarding penalty kicks. If you denied a goal scoring opportunity without making an attempt to play the ball then the player is given a red card and the penalty awarded. The Motherwell player certainly made no attempt to play the ball therefore once the penalty was awarded it should have been an automatic sending off.

I think that they’re deliberately muddling up things regarding shirt pulling – but make no mistake this muddling up of it all will be done to benefit one team and one team only – Sevco of course…

Thank goodness for guys like Barry Robson who called it as it is…

I think even Naismith had a go after The one they got v Hearts which should never have given as offside had been called…

I’m not huge on TV (football and nature programmes apart) but I think there was a programme called SHAMELESS – (which I never watched so I’ve really no idea what it’s all about)…

But the name itself – Plenty ideal actors up here for sure that’d fit the bill –

All the cheats with whistles, flags and monitors !
