Anthony Joseph is reporting the timeline for Nicolas Kuhn’s move to Celtic with a transfer fee and personal terms agreed.
The Sky Sports reporter is a reliable source of Celtic transfer information with a strong level of detail in his late afternoon tweet.
Celtic’s interest in the Rapid Vienna winger has been well detailed over the last week, if the fee and personal terms are agreed Kuhn should be at Lennoxtown this week and in line to be involved in next Sunday’s Scottish Cup tie at home to Buckie Thistle.
UPDATE: Celtic have agreed a £3m deal with Rapid Vienna to sign winger Nicolas Kuhn.
It’s understood the 24yo has verbally agreed terms on a contract until the summer of 2028.
He is due to have a medical in London tomorrow, before arriving in Glasgow to finalise the deal. https://t.co/EavAJhT1Bn pic.twitter.com/0s7lMlKDHv

Kuhn moved to Rapid in July 2022 in a £500,000 deal from Bayern Munich with Celtic’s offer providing a tidy profit after 18 months with the Austrian side.
With Daizen Maeda on duty at the Asian Cup and Liel Abada in the final stages of rehab from a serious muscle injury there is an obvious need for winger coming into the Celtic side.
Brendan Rodgers has made it very clear that his squad requires quality rather than projects during the January window, those expectations will be placed on Kuhn as soon as he starts his Celtic career.
