At Livingston last Sunday Kyogo Furuhashi was wiped out in the penalty box by Micky Devlin who never got near the ball.

At Ibrox a week later Fabio Silva dived into the boot of Alistair Johnston after the defender had got a toe to the ball to slightly change its direction.

Using the same Laws of the Game and trained by Crawford Allan the two incidents were judged very differently from VAR HQ.

No Scottish referees will be going to the European Championships in Germany this summer, the fourth successive major tournament without anyone from the SFA after Willie Collum’s brief appearance at Euro 16 ended his prospects of reaching the elite level of the game.

Kris Boyd’s reaction is a side show, the man from Tarbolton is on Sky Sports to provide them with nods from the knuckle-dragging demographic.

This morning the SFA will announce the officials for the weekend fixtures, Celtic are expected to get a low profile referee and VAR before things are cranked up for the five post-split fixtures.

You can bet that if it was Clement having both these penalty decisions against him he’d be screaming (rightly) from the rooftops about them…

Meanwhile yellow Brendan and yellow Kennedy say the square root of fuck all…

Of course they won’t – They’re employed by Celtic !

Their kiddy on celebrating at the end of the game is indicative of a loser mentality. Make no mistake, Sevco missed a massive opportunity on Sunday, even if they did win the game by a “moral victory.” (;-0)

Look at BR getting interviewed after the game. He was chuffed, he couldn’t hide his delight at a great result, in reality the league was finished if the tribute act had won that game.

However it turned out a disaster, a stadium FULL of home fans, a Sevco fan refereeing, an Ibrox employee on VAR, and we didn’t have our captain/best player for 60 minutes of the game…….

Our excellent result on Sunday now gives us a fantastic opportunity as we come down to a 6 game season (4 home & 2 away).

Now nothing, but nobody must come between Celtic FC winning them all to become Champions again……
