Feyenoord are reported to be interested in signing Bojan Miovski.

The Aberdeen striker has scored consistently over two seasons for Aberdeen and provided Celtic with a very awkward afternoon at Hampden on Saturday.

Miovski has been admired by Celtic supporters but so far there has been nothing concrete from the club to indicate interest in the North Macedonian internationalist.

For one year Giorgos Giakoumakis provided a genuine striking alternative to Kyogo Furuhashi but since he moved to Atlanta in February 2023 there hasn’t been the same options available.

Oh Hyeon-gyu has dropped out the matchday squad since the arrival of Adam Idah, but at the end of this season the Irishman’s loan deal from Norwich will be expire.

Miovski looks a very appealing option but this morning the Press & Journal are reporting:

Dutch champions Feyenoord are reportedly targeting a summer transfer window swoop for Aberdeen’s star striker Bojan Miovski.

North Macedonian international Miovski has netted 24 goals in all competitions this season.

Reports in Macedonia claim Miovski is on Feyenoord’s radar for a summer bid.

Miovski has attracted interest from clubs in Germany, Spain, Italy and England in recent transfer windows.

Miovski fits the profile of Feyenoord signings, after winning the Eredivisie last season they signed four players costing between 6-8m euros.

Under Mark Lawwell Celtic seemed to bow out of that sort of market but there will be expectations this summer that the project market will be ditched with a focus on ready made players of the quality of Jota and Cameron Carter-Vickers.
