Raging bear accuses Collum live on SSB

Without any earlier callers to provoke him, James the Bear was foaming at the mouth as he took the stage on Super Scoreboard tonight.

The appointment of Willie Collum as Saturday’s referee has apparently handed the match to Celtic with the visitors on a hiding to nothing.

Collum apparently has a history of favouring Celtic in these fixtures with James ignoring the reality of the last dozen years of Celtic dominating Scottish football.

Outwith the freakish Covid season Celtic have lost four meaningful Glasgow Derbies with two dead-rubber celebrations on the Ibrox Roll of Honour.

After the December meeting between the two clubs all attention was focussed on Collum for not recommending a pitchside review for a handball decision against Alistair Johnston.

Abdallah Sima was in an offside position when the ball was played through that resulted in the handball but that was airbrushed out of the orchestrated anger.

Barely a word was raised about James Tavernier’s penalty box foul on David Turnbull that assistant referee Callum Spence wrongly flagged as offside.

Afterwards a meeting was arranged at Hampden with Ian Maxwell and Crawford Allan, following that it was publicised through media partners that a demand had been made not to have Collum in any future matches. The main issue is of course the ‘background’ of Scotland’s most experienced referee, groomed by Hugh Dallas.

Aside from a home banker Scottish Cup tie with Ayr United the SFA complied with that demand, David Dickinson has refereed four of the SPFL matches involving Philippe Clement’s side since January 26.

While Collum referees Saturday’s match Steven McLean, brother of former Murray Park starlet Brian will be on VAR as an insurance policy.

James ranted through a few minutes pushing at the boundaries for host Gordon Duncan, when he refuses to apologise for using the C word it was time up for that angry bear.

What a roaster I posted on the Celtic blog on this FUD.
They cut him off after they gave him enough rope to hang himself,by eventually baiting him into calling Collum a cheat,he was that daft he couldn’t see the trap being set for himself.
