After his midweek euphoria supporting the Scottish Co-efficient Dundee spoiled Ewen Cameron’s weekend by taking a point from Ibrox last night.
Tuesday’s win over Viktoria Plzen had provided another bout of fresh optimism for the radio presenter that is known on line as Jambobear as he tries to cover up his football loyalties.
Cameron will fake interest in anything that shows signs of stopping Celtic’s domination which has resulted in more than a decade of misery with the condition first identified at Dens Park in May 1986 when he was a mullet-headed youth filled with delusions.
Since then the very mention of Dundee has brought out irrational bouts of anger in the D-list radio celebrity.
Michael Stewart: Dundee player ‘was clever’ getting in front of the Rangers defender that led to the red card.

Saturday’s tea-time kick off against a Dundee team that has already lost this season against Airdrie, Alloa and Hibs was intended as a statement performance to the rest of Scottish football that the draw at Motherwell was a blip.
What could possibly go wrong with a new age hipster like Russell Martin up against a grizzly dinosaur like Steven Pressley?
The visitors denied the home side space down the flanks, were solid in defence which left Martin’s side virtually clueless.
Dundee hit the post with a first half header then took the lead in the 51st minute from a free kick with Ryan Astley’s header looping over Super Jack Butland who had given up on it.
Eight minutes later Don Robertson had no other option than to send Nasser Djiga off but he at their moment in need the referee awarded an 89th minute penalty when Djeidi Gassama decided to dive in the box.
On Premier Sports Mikey Stewart pointed out that the former Sheffield Wednesday starlet had dived to get the penalty which prompted Jambobear onto Twitter.
After Tavpoen converted Cameron was soon jumping around his living room when Cyriel Dessers netted in the 96th minute but his joy was cut short when VAR did the job that the linesman refused by disallowing the effort.
At full time 20,000 angry bears booed their heroes off the park with Jambobear left facing up to the reality of another season of despair with Derek McInnes and David Martindale the early favourites to lead the next Revolution!
NOTE: BBC Scotland were last night offering Grief Counselling with yesterday’s payroll including Kenny Macintyre in the studio with Neil McCann and Bobby Madden with the tunes on during commentary, at Ibrox Alasdair Lamont was being consoled by Billy Dodds on his third earner in as many days following gigs in Vienna and Dingwall with the state broadcaster.
As an alleged Hearts fan looking to compete for the title you would think you would be happy at a potential challenger dropping points ????. Totally ignore the assistant who can’t spot a player a yard off side. PS gasman dived for penalty.

I didn’t follow the game live as I expected them to win easily against a Dundee team that so far couldn’t beat a carpet. Got into the car shortly after the final whistle and upon hearing Radio Shortbreid assumed someone had died given their funereal tones. Only topped later on Sportscene by the hilarious spectacle of Gordon Smith claiming – quite ridiculously – that the red card shouldn’t have been. Even ‘lump of wood’ was quick to contradict him on that.
Don’t know why anyone would watch Sportscene, just Rangers News how many Huns are employed by BBCBest Before Catholics,
Only decent guy on it is Micheal Stewart and easier to find Lord Lucan than Micheal.
It still amazes me Scottish officials can’t comprehend that their involvement in assisting Scotland’s newest club is THE reason they are not chosen for the top competitions as there performances will be reviewed by an international referee panel.
HH
They don’t care, unlike other counties who have professional refs, they have other careers, most of them well paid.So refereeing is their way to boost their manky team.
I played Sportscene brag last night…and ended up wi’ a prile of Huns…( Donnelly…Thompson and Smith)….Nothing like being subtle BBC Scotland…Feckin’ disgrace.
