Celtic fans pay tribute to legendary Ibrox penalty taker

Celtic fans have been quick to show their respects following the announcement that an Ibrox legend was officially retiring.

Many thought that Aaron Ramsey retired about five years ago but he has been draining the payroll at Ibrox, Nice and Cardiff following his lucrative move to Juventus.

Ramsey spent four months at Ibrox and will be remembered fondly for one moment.

In the penalty shoot out to win the Europe League Giovanni van Bronckhorst sent on a penalty specialist in the 118th minute.

Fashio Sakala was furious at that decision. Sakala had been sent on to replace Ryan Jack in the 74th minute. The sub was substituted- in a European final.

It hasn’t been recorded whether or not Ramsey got a touch during his two minutes on the park.
