Charlotte Fakeover twitter newsTwitter sensation Charlotte Fakeover has published more documentation highlighting the links between Charles Green and Craig Whyte as they attempted to manage Rangers pre and post liquidation.

While the SFA’s investigation moves even slower than the internal Ibrox inquiry Charlotte Fakeover seems to have no problem in accessing the key documents at the heart of the matter which are likely to see the Ibrox side have their associate membership terminated by the SFA.

The validity of the Charlotte Fakeover documents have still to be confirmed but to most observers of the downfall of Rangers there seems little question about their authenticity.

At the heart of the matter there are two issues:

a) How administrators Duff and Phelps appear to be gearing all their efforts towards Sevco 5088 rather than creditors

b) How the football authorities were apparently duped into issuing associate membership to a club very clearly linked to Whyte who has a lifetime ban from Scottish football

The latest lengthy publications includes a 13 page agreement between Sevco 5088 and the company, effectively Duff and Phelps, which appears to have been signed by Paul Clark of the administrators on 12th May 2012.

That document covers every details and eventuality in the Rangers case under headings such as ‘Loan’, ‘Exclusivity’, ‘Asset Purchase’ and ‘Shortfall Funding’.

The second, and much lengthier document is titled ‘Sale and Purchase Agreement between SEVCO 5088 Limited and THE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB PLC (in administration) and THE ADMINISTRATORS.

This document details 36 different clauses and eight schedules. The clauses cover areas such as: Destruction of Assets, The Intellectual Property, Claims by the Purchaser and The SPL Share and the Membership.

In less than a week Charlotte Fakeovers has attracted over 8,500 followers with each announcement being eagerly dissected by internet bampots worldwide.

With the leaders of the SFA giving the entire episode a wide berth it looks like Charlotte Fakeovers and others will be required to shine torches while others would prefer to look the other way hoping that everything sorts itself out ‘for the good of the game’.

Unless you are steeped in the sad affair of Deadco it’s very difficult to determine the precise significance of the Charlotte papers.

However a number of things are clear even from the most cursory examination of the evidence

The collusion between Whyte and Green goes much deeper than anything that has been acknowledged by anyone at The Rangers

HMRC were duped: they would not have agreed to an asset sale to any organisation that Whyte was connected to. I hope Margaret Hodge is paying close attention

The SfA were duped but they were probably happy to be taken or a ride in the interests of avoiding Armageddon. They would have hoped, maybe even anticipated that the extent of this would never come into the public domain

The court also seems to have been duped. The court appoints administrators to take care of the interests of the creditors. The degree of cosiness between Green, Whyte and the Administrators shows how foolish it was for the court to allow the appointment of the firm which had previously advised Craig Whyte.

It looks as if both the SFA and HMRC have big decisions to make

The SFA should be carrying out their own investigation into Sevcos finances. How can they allow a club which might go bust at any time to start the season given the chaos that will follow if they are unable to complete their fixtures?

As for HMRC how can they allow themselves to be publicly humiliated in this way? They should be looking at what avenues are open to them to reverse the asset sale and get a better deal for those of us who do pay our taxes

  • Scott Mackenzie says:

how is this different to the rule breaking that went on with the £47m advantage they had over the 9 years or so? the sfa will simply use the old ‘ it wasn’t rule breaking as we didn’t know about it’ line – carry on.

the sfa are rfc, hoping they are justly punished is pie in the sky fantasist thinking. they will never have their licence revoked.

  • Sweeney Hughes says:

That was my thouhts after LNS, but things can only be brushed under the carpet for so long. when the very same criminals that put the huns to the sword put sevco to the swordand peepo start getting lifted………..?
Add to all this, as Joe refered to int the article, Her Maj has not gone away and I reckon BDO are still sniffing around.

    AND (lol)

No SPL2, No European fitty, Bless!

We should simply be concentrating on ourselves, what happens down govan way is already pre-determined….those in control want MONEY not a football club, far less a lower league, loss making mob. No matter what the SFA do (Most likely nothing as they cite it is beyond their scope until HMRC / Police cases are complete) Crook Whyte / Chico Green & David Murray are all linked together right from the very start of this disgraceful attempt to decieve, rid the club of all debts and carry on (Initially in SPL) while events have gone against them, they are still attempting to cash in. These leaked documents are merely to force others to stump up or else Crook will take everyone down with him before the authorities act.

With the imminent removal of Malcolm Murray they only honest person who really has the club interests first and wants all ties with underhand directors / owners cut completely…the club will career inevitably onto the rocks. Even the blind / deaf & dumb SFA can surely see it coming….will they remove the associate membership and thus consign the club to oblivion….more chance of me scoring a hat-trick in the upcoming CL final. Let them cut their own throats, they are totally irrelevant…Celtic should be making approaches for any of their promising youth talent as they too will the mess they are in and know it will take years to resolve.

Push on Celtic, onwards & upwards…set the bar ever higher and let others try to catch up.

Nothing will be done. We know this. However, Scottish football will never be the same. I am nearer 50 than 40. I was brought up with the signing policy and lived through the Murray cheating years. It galls me that they get away with this. And they will, they will win the SPL again, not for about 15 years, but they will. But they should not be able to do so.

Therefore, our responsibilty is to ensure that they never forget this. Banners, websites, comments should be utilised for years to ensure they are reminded of who they are and how disreputable this is. We are Scotland’s pride, they are the nation’s shame, tell them daily, tell their children. Don’t let them off, the media have, the SFA have, the law has, but if we let them off then they have won.

    DON’T LET IT HAPPEN.

  • Andybhoy says:

Some feel Sevco are an irrelevance and that’s fine, but what is not an irrelevance is the SFA’s complicity in all of this.

Whether it is their involvement in secret agreements, the contravening of their own rules, their willingness to turn a blind eye to shady dealings or their failure to act appropriately and honestly when a club breaks the rules they have not just betrayed every other club in Scottish football, but they have damaged beyond repair fans faith in the game and the belief that we have a fair sport. They have destroyed any ounce of trust clubs or fans had in them as a governing organisation.

Their should be no way back for the SFA as the governing body of Scottish football after this and if they are allowed to continue or are replaced by a new body but with the same old boys network in place then it is the final nail in Scottish football’s coffin.

UEFA need to do their job and put an end to this cabal.

    Hail Hail.

  • boyceybhoy says:

Because the S.F.A. is rife with sevco supporters, and Handshake Clowns, nothing will ever be resolved.

Feck me we are lucky feckers eh? Support Celtic is a blessing only us will ever know.

Growing up supporting the green and white was a tough time for me and for us all…. living through their tainted 9 in a row!!!!

But Bhoy oh Bhoy (or ghirl oh ghirl) are we reeping the rewards now!

Hail hail to everyone in our squad, hail hail to all our management/board staff, hail hail to everyone who keeps Celtic Football Club running on a day to day basis, and Hail Hail to all of our supporters – The soul of the Club.

  • Rodger says:

Incredible that this fiasco is allowed to continue, as has been said so many times before, only in Scotland, corruption is to soft a word to describe the SFA and their lack of doing something about the cheats.

SFA always has been and always will be.

  • tam mcandrew says:
