Warburton MarkFurious Mark Warburton launched a blistering attack on Andrew Dallas despite watching Sevco beat Livingston to clinch a place in the last four of the Petrofac Training Cup.

Warbo, who used to work as a city trader, regularly grafting from 6am to 11pm five days a week in-between drawing up plans to become a soccer coach, was unhappy about the lack of protection given to his stars during last night’s 1-0 win over Livingston.

Ibrox assistant Dave Weir was lectured by Dallas during the second half but Warbo wants to have more communication with officials.

Talented players do need some protection,” bleated the Ibrox supremo. “I’m not saying special treatment but look after them. Some of the tackles were inappropriate.

The referee didn’t say a lot to me and Davie which, again, is frustrating. We have to improve communications between us – and I mean managers and coaches – and officials. It’s important to get it right.

We want games to be entertaining and for fans to enjoy it. Nathan’s one of those players who gets you off your seat. You pay your money to watch people like Nathan Oduwa. He was asking for some better protection.

It’s a challenge for him and he’ll need to learn to deal with it. It’s part of his learning and development. He’ll find a solution to it but right now it’s more than frustrating for him.”

After the euphoria at the start of the season it seems that the impeding financial crisis at the club is starting to effect the players.

With no sign of further loans, no share trading platform and no sign of audited accounts for the year to June 2015, which includes four months of the Dave King revolution, there are fears that there will be no Annual General Meeting this year.

Mike Ashley’s £5m loan from January remains unpaid with the Sports Direct owner holding security over Murray Park, Edmiston House and the iconic Albion Car Park as well as the clubs intellectual rights.

Warbo is hopeful of completing a deal to sign John Eustace in the next 48 hours.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, what is the football world coming too when the manager of sevco is complaining about the tackles on his players? . If one of his own ref`s do not protect him what chance has the poor man got with other ref`s? Come ,come now Andrew Dallas you must also obey the “blazers” and your lodge and do what is right for “serco” or you will be out in the cold.!!

As for Davie Weir he should remember his time at Ibrox against wee Shaun Maloney he should have been off and 2 clear penalties we never got.pot and kettle time.

    First of all…
    ” The Club’s intellectual rights”…??…
Gawd..they must be worth aboot tuppence…on a good day.
As for the ref…I watched the game and was amazed at his performance.
Credit where its due…He gave them nothing they shouldn’t have…and one or two Livi players were lucky to survive a red.
    As for the game…
Sevco were awful…and Livi were great in defence and absolutely pathetic up front.
I flitted between this game and Arsenal’s game…and Sevco’s game was far superior to the CL match…
OOOPS..Nurse Ratched’s here with my meds.
    Cheerio.

Bit of dejavu this weekend Joe, reminding me of the CL Qualifier against Arsenal & the infamous dive by Eduardo back in 2009. Celtic fans were outraged and quite rightly so. Then what happens? The following weekend Celtic playing away, a long ball played upfield to Aiden McGeady and he is booked for diving, 2nd yellow and he is off the park. My feeling at the time was McGeady was jumping out the way of the tackle. Ref thought he was trying to con him just like Eduardo did. The only difference being McGeady was around the half way line, right on the touchline. Hardly the best place to try and con the Ref !

I also remember feeling that a point was being made to not only Celtic fans but the rest of Scottish football “hey Celtic get the odd decision against them, but they too try and cheat, so it all balances out in the end.”

The body language of the referee gave him away. Look again at his condescending nod as he holds the card aloft. This was a scenario he had anticipated, pre meditated.

Again this weekend, Celtic are cheated. Then by highly improbable coincidence, Rangers get an infeasibly untypically shocking decision against them.

    Well bugger me!!!

A statistical outlier or a conspiracy? Or maybe I’m just being paranoid? Because after all, if you read the newspapers “decisions always balance themselves out over the season”

PS: Joe i was pissed most weekends back in 2009. So not sure the McGeady sending off was right after Arsenal, anyone else remember?
