Craig Whyte Rangers news Rangers owner Craig Whyte has issued a scathing attack on former Ibrox Chief Executive Martin Bain.

On Saturday morning leaked papers appeared on the internet relating to Bain’s claim for unfair dismissal which brought the issue into the mainstream media.

Rangers issued a statement commenting on a whispering campaign against the club with Whyte taking the matter further today replying directly to the contents of the Bain document.

There was a lot of stuff in the document which was opinion and which we don’t agree with,” Whyte told Press Association Sport. “Every Rangers fan will see it for what it is.

“It could not be taken as partial and some of it is absolute drivel and ludicrous.

“The most ludicrous thing of all is that Martin Bain is looking for £1.3million from the club. He has a cheek.”

Kerrydale lurking and this bhoy/ghirl summed it up perfectly for me….. nakasboots: “Roll on tomorrow, it’s like advent with these clowns. Every day a new wee window with a tasty surprise!”

We can only enjoy it, we just need to remember there’s a title to be won.

these same clowns have been champions for the last 3 years and top of the league right now, says a hellava lot for the beasts from the east

      • bhoylondon67 says:

It’s more than apparent why the previous 3 titles were saturated by “honest mistakes” favouring 1 desperate, skint, dying club, all that bias and cheating has achieved is to prolong Rangers misery and sweeten the taste of Celtic standing tall over a defeated opponent that had used corruption, bias, hatred, cheating, underhand and immoral tactics, illegal, tainted, lying, reprehensible dirty tricks to win, AND YET STILL THEY LOST.

  • jocky bhoy says:

This will play out in the courts – the new owner and the former chief exec slugging it out in the full glare of publicity. And we’re ringside.
    :o)

  • Ciaran says:

Every story to break is met with the usual denials from Whyte’s lapdogs.
Only last month the Sheriff officers at Ibrox was “utterly ludicrous” Failed bids for Goodwilie-“irresponsible press reporting”. Tax bill- “what tax bill?”
    Alastair Johnson’s 10,000 lb gorilla? “he’s a liar”
    RTC- “99% crap”.
    Martin Bain- “another liar”
It will be interesting what comes out when we beat them on Sunday.

Craig Whyte and Ally McCoist……Celtic FC best signing of the season…

  • Me says:

When you terminate an employee without cause Craigy, you need to pay. Especially ones that can expose the inefficient running of the club.

Slowly the fear is building and everyone doing business with them is starting to put their hands out for payment and those same vendors might thing twice before letting them run up any sort of debt with them.

I like Craigy denying everything. The truth is the truth, whether the papers put in the public domain or not. No words that come from his mouth will change the plain, simple truth.

  • Me says:

P.S. Craigy you are the one with the cheek not paying what the club owes. Not even the tax bill that RFC has admitted to owing.

    • Ciaran says:

He really must believe he bought the club for a quid!! Anyone with half a brain and 8 months of “Due diligence” could see what you were getting for a quid.
Dave Murray must think it’s the sweetest quid he’s ever diddled.

  • Jay says:

Jackass! Sinking ships, people joint off, no money at Ibrox and still no SPL team can man up and play hard against these clowns in blue! Let’s hope it’s not another * season like the last three?!!! C’mon Celts, C’mon SPL!!!
