Twitter Celtic NewsLast night’s cup drama was just as lively on twitter as it was in Dingwall, Falkirk and Ayr.

The relief at Celtic’s 2-0 win over Ross County was quickly transferred to the tension of Falkirk before the sting in the tail as Ayr United beat Hearts on penalties to become the third non SPL side in the draw for the last eight.

Celticghirly67 summed up the mood nicely with: ‘yaaaaaaaaassssss what a competition this is turning out to be.’

As the faithful travelling support began the long journey back from Dingwall the Celtic players were hitting the fairways as Anthony Stokes showed Joe Ledley how to play like Tiger Woods.

joe16led admitted: ‘I’m having 1 on tiger woods @stoksey10 is 6 up on me!! Plenty of holes left.,’ as the team bus rolled towards Inverness airport and the short cut home.
