Sivasspor have beaten off Bursaspor to sign Morten Rasmussen on a season long loan.
After agreeing terms on the deal the striker was undergoing a medical before signing up for his third loan deal in 12 months.
It’s believed that the deal can be made permanent if Sivasspor come up with a €2m transfer fee.
Sivasspor finished last season in fourth bottom spot although they avoided relegation by nine points
Rasmussen is expected to make his debut away to Karabukspor on Sunday in the opening match of the Super Lig season.
Sivasspor are managed by 48-year-old Riza Calimbay and have a popular Senegal defender called Jaques Faty.
