Brian Kennedy Rangers newsBrian Kennedy has warned that Rangers will be liquidated if he isn’t put in charge of the club today alongside Paul Murray and the mysterious Blue Knights.

The Edinburgh born businessman has been in and around the Rangers crisis for three months but claims that today is the deadline for saving the club.

Kennedy is expected in Glasgow today and issued a blunt warning to Duff and Phelps through the Daily Record.

“We have now arrived at the end of the road,” he warned. “If our bid is not accepted in the next few hours then, most reluctantly, we will have to withdraw from the process by lunchtime.

“Let me be absolutely clear. This is not brinkmanship or an empty threat.

“We have a plan to save this club but my lawyers, Walker Morris, have advised me it will not be possible to execute a CVA unless, on Saturday morning, we begin working, full-time and flat out on due diligence and documentation.

“Any later than that and our plan cannot be delivered with any legal certainty.

“For that reason we’ll be forced to withdraw our offer today and neither I nor any member of the Blue Knights consortium will be left as the last man standing.”

Smoke screens and mirrors, the lot of it! I hold my hat off to Craig Whyte…he knew a long time ago what the outcome for Rankgerms was going to be. The mans a visionary…he’s took all the risks and at the same time has been playing the puppet master all along, mark my words.

The selling the club for a pound as a token of loyalty or whatever you want to call it is genius, considering he pockets 10 mill from the “wee tax case” for unpaid PAYE and put the club into admin with administrators that he chose making 600 quid an hour ffs.

Along with ticketus being owed 25 mill ( the 2nd biggest creditor) almost guaranteeing liquidation, again his doing.

Now he’s the hero again and can show his face, yet he’s part of the new buyer consortium, in other words he’s sold the club he bought for a pound to himself for a pound and the knuckledraggers love him for it.

A new start for a club with no history and no debt….the way he intended from the start! Desperate times…desperate measures indeed!! RFC died along time ago….what you see today is a shrine and ignorant fans refusing to believe the innevitable!

Is that his final final final warning or his final final final final warning?

A club who couldn’t live with in it’s means but were talking about a Souness/Smith/Sally combination, that would cost a fortune at a time when the CVA (i know never happen) would screw everyone owed. Easy to see why they are in so much trouble.

Kennedy said D & P “will have blood on their hands” talk like that has already left people getting death threats. After Sally’s “who are these people”. Why have the police not spoke to them about avoiding inciting violence?
