Craig Whyte Sevco 5088Material from Charlotte Fakes can be used in court an English judge has ruled.

Yesterday at the Royal Courts of Justice the initial hearing was called in the case of BDO against Collyer Bridstow for their role in bringing Craig Whyte to Ibrox.

The former billionaire from Motherwell used Collyer Bristow to assist in his £1 buy out of the ailing football club from Dave Murray in 2011.

Nine months after handing over his pound Whyte put the club into administration with the liquidation of the institution starting in June 2012.

BDO  were called in by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Custom to investigate the downfall of the club with the spotlight immediately pointed towards Whyte.

In the run up to Whyte’s£1 takeover there was a lot of online speculation about his colourful business past which conflicted with claims that he was a billionaire.

This story was heavily covered by the award winning Rangers Tax Case website with the work of that site continued by a number of diverse bampots on the Scottish Football Monitor.

Charlotte Fakes, in it’s various guises, has allowed many bampots to join the dots with the recordings and documentation covering two main areas- who Whyte has been working with and the incompetence of the football authorities as they bent over backwards to make life as easy as possible for a club from Ibrox while helping Whyte and Charles Green to keep the floodlights on at any cost.

The court case will listen to various recordings that appeared on Charlotte’s twitter account which highlights the lack of action by the football authorities into the on-going shambles at Ibrox.

With the Royal Court of Justice accepting the authenticity of the Charlotte material the SFA now have all the evidence that they need that Whyte has orchestrated Sevco through Green and has control over Maragarita Holdings and Blue Pitch Holdings who both have significant shareholdings in Sevco.

One obstacle to the SFA taking any action is the role of their heavily conflicted secretary Campbell Ogilvie.

ogilvie letter

The former Rangers director was the architect of the Discounted Share Option Scheme known as ‘the wee tax case’ which saw Whyte inherit a tax bill of £3.6m due on payments made to Tore Andre Flo, Ronald de Boer and Craig Moore. At no point has Charlotte ever suggested that Ogilvie was anything other than an exceptionally lovely man.

Despite not paying that overdue tax bill the SFA licensed Rangers for European competition in the 2011/12 season. Under Ally McCoist the Ibrox men crashed out of the Champions League and Europa League at the qualifying stage accelerating administration and liquidation.

A group of concerned Celtic shareholders are investigating whether their club were wrongly denied a place in the Champions League qualifiers which could have earned the club around £20m.

Whether the SFA now accept the legitimacy of the Charlotte material remains to be seen, however it’s unlikely to be touched by the state broadcaster BBC Scotland who prefer to give their support to fantasy claims by deluded ostriches over land deals in one of the most deprived areas of Glasgow.

Among the footballing matters highlighted by Charlotte were SFA concerns over money laundering at Ibrox, Stewart Regan’s secret meetings with Whyte and one recording where Whyte trashed the majority of the Rangers squad revealing the gambling ad debt problems of Kyle Lafferty and sexually transmitted disease picked up by a player signed on loan.

    Joe,great article.

I love your line, “football authorities…..to
keep the floodlights on at any cost ”

This murky web of lies,IMPLICATES the
    SFA and it’s office bearers.

Thank God,it is an English judge, who has
accepted CF info. And not LN Smith.

Why has it taken BDO so long to publish
it’s report, into the secret goings on at
    Ibrokes ?

The TRUTH has to come out.Celtic are due
compensation due to the SFA’s bias. The
European license for Sevco, did not adhere
    to European Fair Play rules.

SFA sackings, the removal of Sevco’s scottish football license, and criminal and
civil proceedings, should be the ORDER of
    the day now.

How long have we to wait, for INTEGRITY
from officialdom in our game ?

@peter. Agree with your comments. But what concerns me is, will the SFA, if the judgment highlights any wrongdoing on their part, accept it. Or will they play a pro Indy stance and claim they are outwith the jurisdiction of an English court? Personally I don’t envisage any falling on swords coming from the 6th floor. And, by the time a judgement is readched, it is very likely the team that plays at Ibrox will not need a licence for the TV never mind to play football.

  • riley59 says:

it will be interesting to see how the sfa react if and a big if sevco reach / win the Scottish cup final will they give them the license for Europe as you can bet they will already be discussing at sfa

  • Morto says:

If “Heavily Conflicted” didn’t fall on his sword last time round he’s hardly likely to let a judgement in England bother him. Too busy making changes to the rule book to accomodate failing institutions. Maybe if he paid his ‘loan’ back they might survive another week?!

  • The Kirkie Tim says:

What I would like to know is why it’s an engerlandish court this is going through when everyone knows they have no power to dictate law in Scotland or that the verdict won’t matter anyway because all involved will just say “nothing wrong here move along, doesnae count cause its fae engerlandshire” then again if action had been raised in Scottish courts it would have been bullied and harrased in to non existence and covered up, papered over the cracks to make it go away. F*ck sevgers the sooner they die again the better

    • peter says:

      Kirkie Tim,

It’s English jurisdiction as Collyer Bristow
      are based in England.
What should be shown is the SFA and Sevco’s dirty linen.
Which can form the basis of a case in a
      Scottish court.

As an aside,Joe,I never fail to laugh when
you show us the 4 Horesmen of the Apocalypse.
I would love the Green Brigade to dust
down this banner, and bring it back to
      Celtic Park.

      • Morto says:

If I remember right one quarter of the banner made an appearance at a Hibs game (and did a tour of the ground) so the chances of seeing the whole thing again must be pretty slim.

  • Bri Bhoy says:

Whether the SFA, or any other people on the monopoly money funded Ibrox payroll, accept it or not, having their dirty laundry shown in public, in England, where a quiet wee word and the right handshake with the judge doon the ludge is likely to have little or no effect on proceedings, would be interesting. If the whole corrupt mess is exposed could they really just dismiss it and carry on as normal on the basis that it was an English court, not a Scottish one, that exposed them for what they are? Would there not be a least some pressure from UEFA and/or FIFA for a proper investigation, with heads rolling as necessary?

  • Monti says:

I want Peter Lawwell & the Celtic board to be paid every penny denied to Celtic!

    Die Sevco Die!

    • judoman says:

Scotland is so biased and bigoted it unbelievable. Does anyone think for one moment if it would have been Celtic FC in this predicament they would have had the SFA bending over backward to accommodate their CHEATING. I would love to see Celtic in a better league with a fair playing field. Too many dodgy decision by the Scottish referees are made by paid up members of the ORANGE LODGE.

Take the English Premier League to court to allow Celtic FC into the EPL, under the free movement of business and fair trade act.

  • buffythecat says:

Do people still wonder why attendances are falling when we see the depths of corruption that exist in Scottish football. Do people still wonder why Celtic and other football supporters vote with their feet when the game is so weighted in favour of ONE football team! Can people ever wonder why Scotland are never taken serious as a footballing nation when we have the rotten stench of corruption from the SFA; from its tainted secret ary Campbell Ogilvie to its high honcho Stewart Regan and his five way secret handshake.

I know what should happen. Scottish football supporters should boycott EVERY game in the season until these toxic gangsters are booted out.
    End of!

  • Phaco says:

Can any director, owner, shareholder, fan, junior/ amateur teams committees, journalists( that give a feck about truth believe that Campbell ogilvie, regain and Doncaster are honest and fair to their job, I don,t feckin think so . Wake up you stupid c-nts before it’s too late. Time to end it. Hh

  • Thomas Haverstock says:

The Scottish football set up has been agains The Celtic football club since 1888 So what do expect When the Campbell O is a former Hun So we are bigger than them We have to stand up. Agains them very one off them Hail Hail JMJ

  • Scott Mackenzie says:

what is happening with the fans questions to the celtic board regarding the huns wrongfully taking our place in europe? i thought there was things behind the scenes? well? how long do we have to wait? it stunk then of lawwell having a hand in it, and it still does.
