Kris CommonsKris Commons will be a 90 minute Aberdeen fan- hoping that Celtic can tie up the title next Sunday at Pittodrie.

Tonight Commons will be looking to see off Dundee to take Celtic within 90 minutes of making it 4-in-a-row.

A home win tonight and anything less than a win for Aberdeen tomorrow at Dundee United would hand Celtic the title with Commons supporting the Dons for a day.

Favourable results this weekend would give Celtic the chance to win the league at Pittodrie which would suit Commons down to the ground.

Aberdeen is one of those places that can generate a really good crowd, a good atmosphere, we take a really good following,” Commons said. “As the standings go they are the second best team in the league so they have everything to play for.

“We’ve had some relatively tough games, especially up there over the last couple of years. It just makes it a bit more spicy, doesn’t it? It’s just nice to be involved in a good game knowing you are going to come up against good players.”

If Celtic win the title Commons will be part of the diminishing group to have starred in all four title wins alongside Scott Brown, Charlie Mulgrew, Emilio Izaguirre, James Forrest, Mikael Lustig and Anthony Stokes.
