John Guidetti opened his Celta Vigo scoring account last night with the final goal of the night in a 4-1 win over Barcelona.
Barca boss Luis Enrique was able to call upon Neymar, Leo Messi and Luis Suarez but it was the home side that hit form to inflict Barca’s first La Liga defeat of the season.
The win keeps Celta in joint top spot alongside Real Madrid and Villarreal with 13 points from five matches.
Despite signing a five year contract in the summer Guidetti has had to settle for starting matches on the bench and replaced two goal Iago Aspas in the 78th minute with Celta leading 3-0.
Neymar gave Barca hope of salvaging something from the match with a goal in the 80th minute but two minutes later Guidetti ensured that there would be no late drama.

Twelve months ago Guidetti was embarking on a golden spell at Celtic scoring regularly despite being ineligible for the Europa League.
At the end of November the goals dried up against a background of regular speculation about where his next move would be.
After their winter break in Gran Canaria Leigh Griffiths had replaced Guidetti as Ronny Deila’s first choice striker with the Swede’s Celtic career petering out.
During the summer he helped Sweden become u-21 European Champions before signing a five year deal for Celta at the end of his Manchester City contract.
