Striker - Leigh GriffithsLeigh Griffiths and Carlton Cole took to twitter to celebrate Celtic’s 4-1 win away to Ross County.

The win lifted Celtic six points clear of Hearts ahead of the international break and made it five Premiership wins in a row.

Griffiths scored twice in the win to take his total for the season to 18 with the striker confident that there is more to follow: “Happy to get my second player of the month award, and most importantly, 3 points today. Nice break now before we play again.#18andcounting.”

Cole made it onto the bench for the first time and tweeted: “Great win & Absolutely loved the atmosphere today. Fans were jumping. Happy to be almost playing and being part of a great team.”

Explaining the thinking behind the selection of Cole Ronny Deila said: “He hasn’t trained so much yet. It was good to have him on the trip and in the dressing room so he can get to know even more how we do things on match day.”

Looking at his side’s win the Celtic boss added: “It is always important to bounce back. It is tough mentally to get over Thursday and be ready for the game on Sunday.

“We did that in a very good way and scored some nice goals and got three points and that is very good.

“The most pleasing thing is first of all we won, that is the most important thing, and that we scored four goals.

“In the end we controlled it, played the game out and that was the pleasing thing. I feel it was better, having said that there is a lot of tired boys in that dressing room now.

“It will be good to have days for players to get some rest and get ready for the second stage of every competition.”

With a bit of good fortune by the time we play again there will be a real manager in charge.

Win is a win but the sloppy stuff is there for all to see that’s why in Europe we get punished.
Boyata only has to play a straight forward pass across to effe ends up for a shy and then a goal brutal to watch.

It’s never easy up there especially in those conditions, scored some good goals and deserved to win the game.
