Erik Sviatchenko watched Celtic’s win over Partick Thistle from the stand but that didn’t dilute his joy as his team-mates collected another three points.
The win took Celtic 14 points clear of Sevco despite only paying out on players from money that comes into the club.
Beating Thistle made it 11 consecutive wins in the SPFL with Sviatchenko quick to pass on the message about where that run places Celtic in comparison to other European clubs.

Before he can get his feet up and enjoy a festive break Sviatchenko has three more fixtures to negotiate starting with the Christmas Eve trip to Hamilton Accies.
The Dane is almost certain to start in that match before the hoops wind the year down by facing Ross County and second placed Sevco at Ibrox.
While Sviatchenko will be back in the side to face Hamilton it’s unlikely that he’ll be joined by Tom Rogic.
The midfielder took a heavy knock to his ankle in the 2-1 win over Ross County but is expected to recover in time to face Ross County on Wednesday night.
