Craig Gordon is confident that Celtic’s rotation squad can maintain the club’s winning run through to the new year.

The hoops keeper looks like being the only player to start in all nine games during December as Brendan Rodgers uses his squad to the full.

In central defence Erik Sviatchenko has featured in most games but has partnered Mikael Lustig and Jozo Simunovic on an alternate basis.

Despite the regular changes at the back the hoops have only lost two goals in the last five matches with Gordon drawing confidence from that run.

We’ve used a big number of players in the last few weeks when the fixtures have been really heavy and everyone’s contributing and just looking towards the next game,” the keeper told the Celtic website.

Everyone that’s come in has stepped up and continued to win games so if we can keep doing that for the next few games then we’ll give ourselves a good chance to finish the month unbeaten.”

Looking towards tomorrow’s match Gordon added: “Ross County are a very difficult team to play against. We’ve done well against them in recent times but you don’t have to look too far back to the one at Hampden where they managed to beat us, so we know if we don’t play to our standards then we’re in for a tough game.

We’ll have to concentrate fully on that one and get our preparation right, and go in with the confidence off the back of what is an incredible unbeaten run.”

Celtic will be without the suspended Callum McGregor tomorrow night with the club unable to appeal against the two yellow cards issued by Willie Collum.

Tom Rogic will miss out through injury although for the first time in more than a month James Forrest and Scott Sinclair are both available for selection although most attention will be on the striking position with both Leigh Griffiths and Moussa Dembele scoring in the 3-0 win at Hamilton Accies.
