Sevco are preparing a stunning swoop for Hearts starlet Sam Nicholson.
According to a report in the Daily Record Mark Warburton could be prepared to offer a pre contract deal to the Jambo as early as next month.
Showing once again the depth of their scouting network many Tynecastle diehards have compared Nicholson with a young Billy King.
With every penny a prisoner at Ibrox ahead of a raft of legal costs in March it’s unlikely that Sevco will be able to agree a deal with Hearts to bring the 21-year-old to Ibrox when the transfer window opens.
Showing similarities with the swoop for Jordan Rossiter of Liverpool, Nicholson is currently crocked and hasn’t been seen in a Hearts shirt since September.
The Record report claims that several English clubs are watching the midfielder but unless he can prove his fitness there’s only one place that he is likely to end up.
