Celtic will almost certainly be without Moussa Dembele for Wednesday’s clash with Aberdeen.
The striker missed Sunday’s 4-0 win over Hearts after suffering a knee injury in the 1-0 win over St Johnstone.
With Leigh Griffiths struggling with calf strains Scott Sinclair and Patrick Roberts had to share the striking duties with 16-year-old Jack Aitchison getting an eight minute run as a substitute.
It looks like Rodgers will have to go with a similar side against Aberdeen on Wednesday with Stuart Armstrong and Tom Rogic also posted missing.

One position that the Celtic boss is very clear about is in goals where Craig Gordon is the subject of transfer speculation linking him with a move to Chelsea.
Unfortunately for Antonio Conte there are three obstacles in the way of completing a deal
a) Celtic don’t want to sell
b) Chelsea’s offer doesn’t match Celtic’s valuation
c) With just over 24 hours left in the transfer window Celtic won’t be able to bring in a replacement.
During his media conference Rodgers confirmed that Gordon would be in goals to face Aberdeen.
