Brendan Rodgers has praised the attitude of Leigh Griffiths- after going public criticising the strikers attitude and conditioning.
Griffiths made a 15 minute substitute appearance against St Johnstone on January 25 but managed to suffer a calf knock that has ruled him out since.
With Moussa Dembele also picking up an injury against St Johnstone Griffiths could have been back in the team but Rodgers had to go into the games against Hearts and Aberdeen without a recognised striker.

Rodgers spoke out about his frustrations with players whose application doesn’t match their talent.
Griffiths started the season in the Celtic side but after picking up a hamstring injury found himself on the bench watching Moussa Dembele’s career take off.
A succession of muscle injuries have restricted his availability and frustrated the manager he celebrated wildly with as he scored against Hapoel Beer Sheva to take Celtic towards the group phase of the Champions League.
