Rod Stewart has been flying the flag for Brendan Rodgers and his treble chasers.
The singer enjoyed Celtic’s 2-0 Scottish Cup semi-final win over Sevco at Hampden and took to twitter to share his delight the following day.

Stewart wasn’t at the Ibrox follow up but was watching from somewhere as he geared up for the Hydro tribute to the Lisbon Lions later this month with other events planned across Glasgow during the week of the 50th anniversary.
Throughout this season the London born singer has been sharing his love for Celtic with his participation at the Scottish Cup draw in January sparking a wave of interest in the competition with sponsors William Hill delighted by the attention generated following Celtic’s win over Albion Rovers.
The Hydro date falls between Celtic’s final SPFL fixture against Hearts and the Scottish Cup Final against Aberdeen at Hampden with tickets for those three events in high demand.
