Derby day loser Pedro Caixinha has told his devastated Sevco players what the club represents to the fans!
Since Saturday’s capitulation to Celtic the players and manager have been slaughtered with the consensus being that only 37-year-old Kenny Miller came up with pass marks.
The sound bites and references to history from Caixinha have been cruelly exposed with the rookie boss way out of his depth from the comfort zone he enjoyed in Qatar.
After being ashamed of the Hampden debacle Brother Pedro fell out with his players over a cut to their summer holiday then presided over a club record 5-1 defeat to Celtic.
The methods of the Portuguese visionary are now being questioned with Brother Pedro under serious scrutiny to prove that he is the man to win net season’s title from Celtic.
“The board trust us to be here and now we must rebuild this massive club to bring it back to the place it deserves,” he told the club’s TV station using the favoured phrases.
“I said after the Celtic game when something like this happens I am the guilty and responsible one. I need to be the leader and I like to lead by example.
“I’m here to protect and defend the club and the players but I am expecting a strong reaction from the players and that is why I have told them what my intentions are for next season and how we are going to finish this season.
“Today we had the most important meeting with the players regarding, the present and the future and what this club represents to the fans. We must be strong in the present and into the future.”
With a 36 point gap to Celtic all the spin in the world won’t protect Brother Pedro when the people realise that he is just a watered down version of Mark Warburton without the credibility of being a former city trader.
