There were many images that reflected the elation of Celtic’s 5-0 win over Astana but one picture said more than most.
Twitter user @mick6790 might be due a warning for being on the wrong side of an advertising board but if one picture was to sum up the night it was the look on his face as Leigh Griffiths celebrated scoring his goal.

The hoops were already leading 4-0 with Griffiths heavily involved when the striker got his moment of glory when sent through one on one with the Astana keeper.
His shot may have taken a nick off of a defender but if anyone deserved a goal it was the former Hibs striker.
Racing over towards the corner flag Griffiths shared his joy with the fans who had appreciated the effort that he had put in to his performance.
Before the match Griffiths had described the matches against Astana as make or break for Celtic’s season. Having made the season Griffiths can look forward to an autumn filled with more incredible nights of European drama.
