Pedro Caixinha has revealed that he is now building in honest mistakes to training sessions at Murray Park!

It seems that John Beaton’s decision to red card Ryan Jack against Hibs for grabbing one player by the scruff of the neck and putting the head on another has upset the fifth best coach in Qatar.

Rather than look at Caixinha’s mistakes in the defeat from Hibs the focus has mainly been on Neil Lennon with Beaton taking flack as well.

Looking at the lessons from the Hibs defeat Caixinha told the Daily Record: “For my players, I can try to get them to control the emotional balance.

“Sometimes we will take a bad refereeing decision here in the training session to make them understand that things are going in that direction and might happen.

“That’s the only way you can train in those circumstances and allow the players to be focused on the tasks.

“That’s what we did with part of the analysis after the match but I cannot control what the other players from the opposition teams are doing. I can just control mine.

“I hope that mine have that focus because one of the points we have definitely is to finish all the matches with 11.”

It seems that a defence that has lost four goals in two Premiership matches has escaped the attention of Caixinha.

With no more money available for transfers the former Santos Laguna supremo will have to rely on his coaching ability rather than a cheque book to get Sevco back in contention for the title.

Celtic’s likely place in the group stage of the Champions League will provide Sevco with a £260,000 boost to stay solvent.

To no-one’s surprise Jack had his red card overturned  by the SFA allowing the midfielder to play against Hearts on Saturday.
