Chris Sutton took a cynical view of the SFA ignoring the elbowing incident involving Carlos Pena.
The chunky midfielder was clearly seen to elbow Greg Docherty of Hamilton but the incident went undetected by Andrew Dallas.
On Monday it was claimed that SFA Compliance Officer Tony McGlennan was reviewing the incident but by today’s 3pm deadline for action there was no announcement from the SFA.

Pena will now be able to prepare for next Friday’s trip to St Johnstone where a win would put Sevco go clear in third place.
