Brendan Rodgers isn’t losing sleep over facing the New Monsters.
The reputation of the Celtic boss will be on the line tonight as he prepares his side to square up to a club that boasts a £400m strike force that has already won 5-0 at Celtic Park.
Expectations among the Celtic support are in line with the bookies odds of 22/1 but that doesn’t faze Rodgers who has transformed the hoops during his 18 months in charge.

“It is a big challenge to try and compete with that, but it is a challenge we are progressing on,” Rodgers told The Sun.
“We understand we are playing against a team that is arguably the best of the best.
“Their team has a real chance of winning the competition. They have big game experience and quality in every position, and that includes the bench as well.
“When you have the goal threat that this team have, with Neymar, Edinson Cavani, Angel Di Maria and Kylian Mbappe, and this type of quality, you can go anywhere knowing you can score goals and win games.”
While Unai Emery can go shopping at the highest level and bring in Neymar and Mbappe his opposite number tonight has much lesser resources to work with.
The 5-0 defeat from PSG in September was worse than even the most pessimistic Celtic fan anticipated but the hoops bounced back to win 3-0 away to Anderlecht confirming that there were two distinct parts to Group B.
While Celtic and Anderlecht scramble for a Europa League place PSG and Bayern quickly confirmed their place in the last sixteen.
The contrasts between the clubs was highlighted in matchday three and four which left Anderlecht without a goal following four matches while PSG have yet to concede with a goal difference of 17-0.
