Ian Black has signed for junior side Tranent.
The midfielder joined Sevco from Hearts shortly after Charles Green formed the Ibrox tribute act and starred for three years of the journey before being freed by Mark Warburton.
After spells at Shrewsbury Town and Blackpool Black claimed that he could play at any level in England outside of the Premier League.
With only non-league Chorley offering him a contract the former painter and decorator has decided to sign for Tranent.

Black’s time at Ibrox was rarely quiet with a string of red and yellow cards as well as a suspension from the SFA for betting offences including backing against his own team.
While Fran Sandaza was thrown out of Ibrox for speaking to an agent Sevco stuck with Black with manager Ally McCoist famously brandishing a list of players and officials that he knew were betting on football matches.
The SFA never followed up McCoist’s claim.
