The final Glasgow derby of the season will take place on Sunday April 22, according to a report in The Sun.
With five matches following the split scheduling a derby is a delicate process with the authorities fearful that it could be a title decider.
Celtic are strong odds on to lift the title with the outcome of Sunday’s match at Ibrox having a big bearing on the run in as the hoops look to make it seven-in-a-row.
April 22 is one week after the two sides meet at Hampden in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup but is judged to be the least significant of the five remaining dates.
Celtic are due to play three home matches, against Sevco, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock with away trips to Hearts and Hibs.
Sevco will have enjoyed two home matches against the other members of the top six and will be given a third home match against two of those clubs, almost certainly Hibs and Kilmarnock.
