Graeme Murty wants his Sevco stars back on the horse to second place in the Premiership.
The Ibrox caretaker leads his side to Motherwell looking to avoid a third consecutive defeat after flopping at home to Celtic and Kilmarnock.
Those results have had fans questioning Murty’s ability and suitability for the job but after a week away the former Reading favourite has restored his big book of buzzwords and positivity,
????? GM: We need to ensure we hit our high standard once again. There is pressure as we were flat last time around. This is an opportunity for us to get back on the horse and get a run going once again.

The horse is a new phrase for Murts who has been in charge for five of the seven home defeats that Sevco have suffered this season.
Keeping a flow of upbeat chat has provided a comfort blanket much like the four January loan signings have patched together a squad of players that could well finish the season in fourth place.
????? GM: We have had a really positive week and I have enjoyed being on the grass with the group.

????? GM: We have a different capacity now from what we had earlier in the year and it is up to us to set up correctly to win the next match.

Murty isn’t likely to shift many season tickets for next season but after being knocked back by Derek McInnes in November there will be a limited pool of candidates interested in taking over at Ibrox.
