The Easdale brothers are ready to turn the screw on Dave King after making their feelings known to City of London regulators.

Three years after being ousted from the blue room of dignity the Renfrewshire based businessmen, James and Sandy, are ready to exact their revenge on the South African based criminal.

Last Friday’s advert about a potential share offer may have fooled BBC Scotland and the hard of thinking but according to John James the Easdale’s are now ready to hit King with the full force of the law.

After dragging his heels for three years the Court of Session have backed the Takeover Appeal Board ruling that King must offer other shareholders 20p per share after being excluded from his concert party revolution.

With six years of losses, soft loans of £17.7m, a loan to Close Brothers of £3m and turnover peaking at £29.2m the chance of 20p per share is one that the Easdale’s are keen to take advantage of.
