Stuart Armstrong is an injury concern for Sunday’s Scottish Cup semi-final against Sevco.

The midfielder missed the 2-1 win over Hamilton due to a calf injury and will be assessed on Sunday before Brendan Rodgers names his side..

Armstrong returned from injury in last month’s 3-2 win over Sevco at Ibrox where he appeared as a late substitute.

The former Dundee United midfielder faces a battle with Olivier Ntcham for a place in midfield alongside Scott Brown.

Apart from Armstrong, Rodgers has no fresh injury worries to contend with ahead of Sunday’s match with Craig Gordon expected to replace Scott Bain in goals.

Since the win at Ibrox Armstrong, Leigh Griffiths, Patrick Roberts and Gordon have all came back into contention with the only downside being that Jack Hendry is cup tied from his time with Dundee.

Mikael Lustig was the player put up for media duties today with the Swede giving little away as Celtic prepare to go within 180 minutes of winning a second successive treble.
