Celtic fans lapped up the decision of Sevco to cut their Ibrox ticket allocation.
Whether they will see the decision through is another matter with doubts expressed as to whether 40,000 season tickets had been sold or whether the latest Ibrox statement was just another PR stunt to cash in on the blue pound.
Four back-to-back derby defeats has inflicted a terrible price on The People who had spent four years preparing for life in the top flight to exact some revenge on their enemies.

Cutting Celtic’s ticket allocation at Ibrox is a desperately petty act.A last pathetic attempt at resistance. The behaviour of a diddy club that knows it’s a diddy club.

Watching Celtic fans partying and celebrating wasn’t really part of the plan but that has been the reality under Brendan Rodgers.
Each defeat has held it’s own magic with two of the matches being relatively tight only for the home fans remaining in the ground at full time to slink away with the bitter smell of reality in the air at full time.
Two hammerings dished out to Pedro Caixinha were fairly routine defeats but the sight of 1-5 on the scoreboard left a mental scar that may never heel.
