Scott Sinclair is to get married to Helen Flanagan.
The Celtic winger proposed on holiday in Disneyland Paris with the Coronation Street actress accepting the offer.
The couple are regular users of social media with Sinclair breaking the news tonight on his Instagram account.
Celtic signed the winger from Aston Villa in July 2016 and were rewarded when he swept the boards with the Player of the Year awards at the end of his first season.
Despite Flanagan’s job being based in Manchester Sinclair has declared his happiness at playing for Celtic and living in Glasgow.
Sinclair first worked with Brendan Rodgers at Chelsea where he was converted from being a striker to playing on the wing.
They were reunited at Swansea helping the Welsh side into the EPL before Manchester City shelled out £10m to take Sinclair to the Etihad.
That move failed to work out but after becoming Celtic boss in 2016 Sinclair became a priority signing with the hoops going on to win six consecutive trophies under Rodgers.
