Josh Windass has put his Ibrox future in doubt after slamming the way that Kenny Miller has been treated.

The 38-year-old former Vancouver Whitecaps ace has been suspended for a month after a dressing room incident following the Scottish Cup humiliation from Celtic at Hampden.

Sevco have refused to comment on the suspension although tellingly neither Miller or fellow legend Lee Wallace has been fined about the incident.

Windass was a witness to whatever happened in the Hampden dressing room and at around £700,000 is probably the club’s most sell-able asset.

With Stewart Robertson afraid to take any responsibility for any matter at Ibrox Miller and Wallace’s suspensions have been dragged out similar to Joey Barton but with less attention.

Miller’s contract is about to expire but with Wallace having a year to run on his lucrative deal that issue will be one of many for Steven Gerrard to deal with.
