CELTIC TV has started the new season on the right note with their coverage of the 3-0 Champions League victory away to Alashkert.
The traditional camera positions in the 15,000 capacity Republic Stadium weren’t the best with a running track around the pitch but a position behind the goals helped capture the strikes from Odsonne Edouard, James Forrest and Callum McGregor.

It was a thoroughly professional performance from Brendan Rodgers side as they started out in the campaign which they hope will culminate in a third season in the group phase of the Champions League.
Next week’s return match will be a formality in terms of the tie but with Rosenborg or Valur a week away Rodgers will insist that his players make full use of a competitive 90 minutes.
Valur kick off at 8pm Celtic Park Time against Rosenborg with a rematch of last season’s clash between the Scottish and Norwegian champions expected.
