Dave King believes that being served with a Contempt of Court charge is another example of bullying from the Takeover Panel!.
Yesterday the TAP produced a lengthy document detailing how King had tried every delaying tactic to avoid making an offer of 20p per share to those outwith his concert party takeover in 2015.

Working with the three bears- Douglas Park, George Taylor and George Letham- they were obliged to make an offer after taking their stake in the club above 30%.
King alleges that he has invested millions into Ibrox over the last three years but now claims that he doesn’t have a UK bank account and must comply with strict South African currency exchange rules.
It is understood that moves are underway for King to be charged in South Africa, should be decide to return to the UK he will be arrested on arrival.
